While the process was relatively smooth, the fees associated with the loan were extremely high. Mike is very personable and knowledgeable. The only negative are the fees and points that the parent company (Lower) charges.
Michael was always available to answer questions and give advice. Very quick to respond.
Professionalism and being proactive and on top of every step in the process.
Mike took the time to explain every step of the process to me and ensure every step of the process was done in a timely manner
Michael was very pasient with me and tried his best to keep the prcosses very simple and quick. He was very nice to me and an understanding person who was respecful, he explained everything in paperworks and signing.
