He took the time to explain to us how the process worked and that was very helpful but it was our first house we bought. It also felt like he really cared. Matt did an awesome job!

The customer service was great with all details handled professionally. Questions were addressed rapidly with same-day or next-day replies. I’d recommend Planet Home mortgage to friends and family with confidence.
