I had never done this mortgage thing before - it was overwhelming - months after I thought everything was going along well. then someone said missing items - they pressed and threaten to postpone signing -
You went above abd beyond day after day to make sure we closed on time. You're professionalism, expertise, kindness and patience were felt throughout the process . Thank you!
We had a complex situation, and Kristine worked hard to find a solution that worked for us! She was extremely commuicative throughout the process, and was always very responsive whenever I called or emailed her with a question.
