I have done refinances before, and it could be because of the COVID issue. But to never meet someone face to face and explain forms that are being asked to sign on email or some docu-sign. But I wish you and yours a great new year.
Kristine was able to save us a lot of money by suggesting that we pre-pay our mortgage insurance. Also, Kristine was available to answer my many questions.
