Getting a hold of Katy Shelton was pretty easy. But getting a hold of the loan processor was difficult. Half the time she didn't answer emails. And the last minute requests for information happened about three times just days before closing....

Better communication. Loan officer waited tell last minute to restructure the loan which pushed our closing date out multiple time, also waited until the last minute to collect information they needed for us to close Which made the process...
