Joshua has excellent communication skills and always available to answer any questions.
Josh was very attentive, always answered my questions. Got documents that was needed for the rual devlopement program, made sure that o was qualified for everything. Very nice to work with.

Works with on every step of the process and really down to earth. It was a very good and stream like es process that went very quickly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Josh did a good job with my process of buying our home. He was new to the mobile home buying, but learned fast. Everything went as well as it could between him and my realtor. If I need to buy again, he is one I would consider using.
