Little to no communication, last minute requests, paperwork sent to closing late requiring us to scramble to get signatures done timely. Very disorganized and unpleasant experience.
It's very easy to work with him and fast and he did great job

Josh KNOWS his stuff. He made the process easy for us as first-time homebuyers. Great communication throughout the process, and I felt like he was looking out for our best interest at all times.
Josh and his associates were very helpful. Easy to get ahold of and made the process quick and painless. I'd definitely recommend them if you're trying to buy a house!
