Josh was Easiest loan officer I've ever had to work with was honest through the entire process and made it easy to close would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Prompt follow ups and attention to details, professionalism and customer courtesy, as well as knowledge of relevant details.
Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions. He was very communicative of every step. He even recommended some resources that were very useful and we used.

Little to no communication, last minute requests, paperwork sent to closing late requiring us to scramble to get signatures done timely. Very disorganized and unpleasant experience.
It's very easy to work with him and fast and he did great job
