Joanna was very helpful and kind. She helped me navigate through my first ever home refinance process which was scary at first. I highly recommend Joanna and her team to anyone looking for a honest loan officer!
Communication was terrible. It took almost 4 months for this to close and most of it was due to me following up. Closed a full month later than estimated, and I think it's because I was forgotten about.

Everyone I dealt with or spoke to was a pleasure to work with. The process took a bit longer than I expected, but there was great communication throughout.
