The Sr. Loan Officer, not Jim, was extremely rude, asked for information she already had and was extremely confused on what she wanted.

Jim was fast, which was appreciated in any closing. He provided timely updates, I always knew where I was in the process. The estimate and final CD were pretty accurate, and it was a fast time to close. Super seamless experience!
