Ian was and continues to be excellent to work with! This was our first time buying a home - Ian (and the Northpointe team) was patient and thorough in answering all my questions! I would recommend him to anyone for both a home loan and refinancing....

Overall the process was pretty smooth compared to previous mortgage loans i have been through.

Ian does not have good people skills and speaks/emails in a condescending manner. He doesn't listen to his customers and is dismissive of their concerns. Very dissappointing after a good first experience a few years ago.
