Quick responses. He also did not overwhelm me by trying to reach out to me too much. I hate when vendors call, email, and text back to back. He provided me time to respond but also got back to me quickly when I needed it.

It's not the people, it's the process. Necessary I understand but not fun. Henry and Lee both did well and I would recommend NAF.

Great communication with both me as a buyer's agent and the client. Met deadlines before due date. Exttemely pleasnt to work with as well.
I rated great because I was very happy with Henry. The loan underwritering process was last minute, rushed and needs to be reviewed. They asked me to produce proof of employment at 5 pm on a holiday on the day before we were suppose to close....
