Henry was great at communicating and recommending options. The underwriters could be better, they waited too long to ask for certain information which delayed closing.

Henry was very knowledgeable and was extremely communicative. He is the best agent i have worked with in NAF so far. I would request to work with him in the future. Your appraiser however needs to be fired. He delayed the deal at the last minute...
