The experience was very responsive and informative, especially as a first time home buyer. In order to make changes to the loan type and include renovations that seemed difficult actually were made easier after open lines of communication.

While I love renovation loans, I also offer Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, and the Maryland Mortgage Program.
