Both Eric and Kim were very attentive, we always received a call back when needed. They would answer questions and if they were uncertain, they would find the person who had the correct answer.

Eric actually reached out to me to lower my interest r*te . Which we did. He was very responsive when I emailed and called. Explained the entire process. Just a great guy to work with and very knowlegable, professional and honest.

The process was quick & painless. I hope to be in a better position or sell the house in 6 years so I don't have to refinance again. NAF did their part well. I would have preferred a better rate, but I realize I can't be choosey.
