Ruoff Loan Officer Ed Tilk was very knowlegeable regarding mortgage questions and responded quickly with answers.
The loan officer only communicated with my fiancé and left me out of emails and communications even though we were both on the loan. Felt discriminated against as a woman during the loan process.
Ed Tilk was absolutely amazing. He was there to answer all my questions immediately and im thsnkful for him. This was a great experience working with Ruoff Mtg. I'm happy to be a new homeowner.Thank you Mr. Tilk Michelle Deibis
