Drew was great at communicating, others were not so much. If you call, leaving a voicemail is customary otherwise how would we know what the call was about?

Loan officer would have made it better by communicating the process earlier. Loan processor would have made it better with more communicating and consistent follow-thru. Therefore, a little more attention to easing the concern of the customer...
