Drew was great, after we got handed off to Marylin the communication stopped. We were left in the dark a lot of times with no replies. We would have to reach out multiple times til we got an answer. Just felt like there was no sense of urgency...

Drew was amazing!!! Marilyn was ok too, she just waited 12 days before letting me know she had not received the documents she had asked for. There for postponing our closing by several days. Maybe in the future she only needs to wait 5 days???...
