    The only problem we had was we kept telling New America we refinanced with them and was told not to make our monthly they were kinda rude and said you are going to get a 30 day CBR. Please advise them when you are refinancing.

    From initial contact to funding the loan time length was 3 months. I thought it took much much longer than it should to process the refinance.
