it was easy, the employees Diana and the loan officer were pleasant to work with and accomplished everything in a timely manner.
Diana was great. Being handed off to multiple people was not the best of times because communication of the other people I felt with was terrible.
Honestly, I would like a little more voice time for time sensitive information requests. Email is great (and EVERYTHING done on our behalf was top notch and pleasantly surprising), but we never knew the timeline of progress, and unless we happened...

The verification processes took forever and it was way too much. Everything is being checked over and over again. Are the online documents good enough after 1st check? Feel worse than criminal.
