David was patient, calm, and very kind. He took time to explain how HELOCs work, although I was very nervous and hesitant about taking out such a loan. He also has a great team who works with him.

David took cassett care of everything in a very professional and efficient way. There was a problem with a duplicate loan paperwork which they said might delay the funding. David took cards of out without any delay very well done
