The process was so easy and quick. Everything was explained in easy to understand
Service was great, not enough description of rate I would eventually pay. It was represented lower.

David was patient, calm, and very kind. He took time to explain how HELOCs work, although I was very nervous and hesitant about taking out such a loan. He also has a great team who works with him.
