Dave is the finest finance professional I have ever enountered, regardless of specific industry. Period.
Dave has been my go to Lender for 40 years. On this transaction the Buyer chose a different Lender who could not provide financing after wasting 45 days. I had them talk to Dave and he figured it out in 1 day and we closed 21 days later.
