    Well for starters. I wasnt told about having to have the loan for 9 years. If i dont then might have to pay back mortgage certificate money. Also house appraised for 210000 and taking loan out for 122000. So dont understand why mortgage insurance...

He currently serves on their Alumni Foundation Board. David was graduated by Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
