kip put a bad taste in our mouth about Silverton. no communication, didn't return calls , texts, emails. Randomly pulled hard credit check without communication. Kelly was good glad we were able to switch and use her. 10 days before closing...

Exceptional service from start to finish.

We made changes in the middle of the loan process and David was still able to get the loan closed on our original date and it was very minimal work that we actually had to do on our end.
