Very straightforward and organized
The loan application and approval process went smoothly however I was always having to initiate communication with David. He did not call or send preemptive emails to keep me informed on approvals and next steps.
The overall process was pretty seamless.
Friendliness and knowledge of all persons I worked with made the process any easy one.
