Communication is top notch. Alex being at the closing made all the difference for me.

Communcation was excellent and the team was always available to answer any questions we had and explain things whenever we needed clarification.
Alex, really went out her way to make sure this closing happened. The customer was extremely happy and pleased!
Fast communication and being able to electronically sign documents to make the closing process quiclear and easier

The underwriting team and the processor were difficult to comminicate with and get responses from. Alex was always on top of things from her end as much as possible but Veronica and the underwriters were less than stellar.
