first communications were poor, I didn't hear from Kelley hardly at all during this process. She was hard to get a hold of and get things rolling

Fairly smooth process from start to finish They even made it easy for me while I was deployed.
Not sure what can be done but it was a long and tedious process. Glad it's over.
POA was an issue with closing and caused a two week delay.
Took forever to respond to my emails and questions
Kelly was very responsive, knowledgeable, patient and helpful throught the entire process.
Overall, the communication throughout the transaction was good until we reached closing. Unfortunately, a critical document—the Limited Power of Attorney for my client's grandfather, who was a required co-signer on the loan—was overlooked....
