Good communication and closed on time
Quick and easy loan process, extremely great and quick communication!
Despite all the things we had going on at the time with military retirement, the move, relocating to a new state, first house falling through, starting a new job, etc., they managed to stay on top of it all to ensure we submitted everything...

Kelley is always on top of things.
Kelley was responsive and very helpful in the loan app process and Shay Burton was extremely respinsive responsive during underwriting. I was kept in the loop throughput the whole process.
Communication is important especially for a first time
home buyer. Coming from the lender.
Communitcation could have been a little better. For example: I did not receive buyer's clear to close. Buyer received the notification but I did not. Had to reach out to find out the status.
Quick response time and good communication.
