Jeff was always available to answer questions and help when needed. Jeff consistently communicated to me and stayed on top of every step of the process.
Matt is awesome and always goes above and beyond!
Communication was terrible. Lost trust they were keeping our information confidential. Placed third party, not related to our transaction, on email. Was not transparent and honest in interactions. Customer service was not a priority.
We have already communicated our concerns.
