Would highly recommend! First time home owner and the process went so smoothly and quick! Very reliable and personable but tells you exactly what you need and if you’re able to handle taking on the house! Gives you great advice as well!

Lavonte did not make it seem like he was selling us a product. He did not talk mortgage jargon that would confuse us. He kept us updated and made us feel like he was in it only for our gain . He was very personable and honest.
