Super easy process
Kate is the best loan office there is!
Russ and Laurel made the biggest and most important purchase of my life so smooth and easy. They're both extremely knowledgeable, patient, and punctual and I would recommend them to any homebuyer.
Dave was my guide through an entirely unfamiliar process. I had many curveballs thrown my way (not from Ruoff at all) and he coached me through each one and kept my head level. I highly highly recommend
Angie was incredible! she was on too of everything and such a pleasure to work with . Would recommend .
Clear communication on information that was needed as well as having patience to answer all of my questions through out the process even if they were repetitive .
