The entire process was much smoother than what other people report with other lenders. The only snag was a problem getting the appraisal report completed but Arielle took steps to get a different appraiser lined up to keep things on track.
Racee is the absolute best! Always timely in reply and so helpful in making sure I understood everything from start to finish!
