Craig was usually available to assist/ answer my questions about the very stressful process of applying for the loan. I was hoping for a lower interest rate. However, his customer service was good.

Everything went fairly well. It was easy to get done, and I generally felt the the loan teams were trying to help us navigate our way to a new loan as easily as they could.
