We encounter that the closing was delayed because requirements for DPA were not completed and finally was not approved, something that I think could be prevented or informed to avoid delays in the

Expidited approval process. Mike and team were helpful. A little confusion on the last minute change on loan type and submitted seceral several documents we already submitted Mike and his team worked hard.
