Pat was fantiastic to work with and I will always reccommend him to any of my clients!!
Michael worked very hard to get us through the approval process. The underwwriters kept throwing whiffle curveballs at us and Michael stayed the course and helped us navigate through all the issues.

There was very little proactive communication and as the customer we had to follow up one week prior to make sure items were in order for closing. Had we not followed up on our end, I'm not sure we would have had all of the proper paperwork...
