Howard was always available to answer questions and spoke in a friendly manner. He helped guide and advise us in our first time homeowner journey!
Howard Was extremely communicative and helpful. He anticipated every need or question and always made me feel supported. The entire process of house buying was not even slightly stressful due to Howard.

Even though the buyer did not know this was turned into a hybrid signing at some point by the processor, and emails sent last minute for docs to sign that the buyer was not expecting, the transaction went very well.

Howard was very timely and communicative with the clients and me. He even showed up at the closing which is highly unusual for a lender!
