Scott is incredibly responsive, he always got back to us quicker than expected. Very pleasant and great at what he does!! Would and have recommended him to family and friends.
Kelly was always very responsive to our needs and quick to get back to us with any questions we had.
Being able to reach Scott any time of the day was very helpful to us, although I'd suggest he turns off his phone so he can have some peace and quiet some times! :)
The email notifications when a step was completed also helped.
