Shad is absolutely fabulous. Having not bought property since 1995, Shad had great patience with me. I had multiple questions throughout the journey and Shad displayed such knowledge and patience. I would go back to Shad in a minute.

I moved from th St Charles area and tried another mortgage service that was not much help I contacted Matt brcause I was hoping that he could help me even though I am a few miles away He was glad to help and told me to call him first from now...
