Great communication!

Jake and his team kept us in the loop and followed up with insurance etc on our behalf. They were always quick to respond and really made the process so easy!

I was an out of state investor, so coordinnating this effort of buying a second home was challenging. Jeff was an excellent communicator, it was a 30 day escrow over the holidays. I work long hours in a state that is 2 hours behind California...
