Matthew was great!
Having to sign two times at closing was a huge inconvenience when we are in the process of coordinating the move.
Not sure what caused the issue but something needs to be done to correct the process.
Katie Bubac (loan processor) was rude and unproffessional to our insurance agent I also caught her in more than one lie. Michelle Gebhart was pleasant and kind but didn't seem to understand a lot of the loan process and that led to setbacks...
