I want to mention beyond the overall great service I received I was disappointed with the first appraisal. It was inadequate at best and we almost were not offended the loan at worst.

Michelle was wonderful to communicate everything that was happening with my loan to me. She was very pleasant to deal with and would answer any questions that I had no matter how trivial they were. This was a very easy process. Thank you!

While we had some bumps on the way to getting approved Michelle was there for everything. Everything question, number calculation, different scenarios she handled everything.
You always keep us up to date and informed of what was needed .
Michelle was amazing! She made sure to always respond promptly to any questions I had and made the whole process a breeze!
Michelle worked on days off to get stuff done on our Home Equity Refi .
She sure is pleasant to be with as well!
Michelle made me feel like I was her most important customer!! She was communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Michelle understands that buying a home is one of the most overwhelming experiences in a person’s life and getting to assist a customer during their home-buying journey is extremely rewarding.
Michelle is involved in the community and has served as event Chair for RACS events and is a member of the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce, Jefferson City Board of Realtors, and Women’s Council of Realtors. Michelle has two adult children and two grandchildren and resides in Jefferson City with husband, Kevin.
