S3ervice was great. All the requirement hoops were time consuming, especially with a 800+ credit rating and placing over 30% down payment and showing cash accounts with balances well in excess of home purchase price.

There are a few things. It was super easy to contact you guys and ask questions. Also The videos were helpful during the loan process to know what to expect.
