Thank you, Thomas! The follow-up isn't extra effort on my end, it's just how I think this should work. You should never have to chase your loan officer for an update. Grateful to have worked together twice now, and the door stays open.
Brian is our go-to guy for all things mortgage related. He is honest and always seems to be looking out for our best interest. Looking forward to working with him again once rates drop and we can do a 15-year refi!
