The whole process, from start to finish, needs improvement. Staff needs to be more transparent, honest, and responsive. The experience was a disappointment.

Brett was so personal but kept it professional. It was quick and everyone was efficient and pleasant. He went out of his way to answer questions and I'm sure some were after hours cause I work 80 hour weeks.
