Ashley was great however once the process moved to the next step it was very frustrating as it seemed the same documents were requested several times. Incorrect information in the file was also a headache

Very prompt on email responses, if you call and they don’t answer she will call back within a few minutes. Worked out great that we were in different time zones to be able to talk after I was off work
