Data entry error in how long I was with my current employer (which was communicated up front) left us scrambling and uncertain at the end. Ashley sort of disappeared as Bobby took over my file. All in all good, but very stressful at the end....

Ultimately, when I was able to get ahold of her, she was incres supportive and helpful. the only problem is that it was pulling teeth to get her to communicate with me. I'd call and leave voicemails and not hear back. I would have to call bzck...
