I was told I needed to get an appraisal in support of my loan request. After the fact, my loan processor told me the appraisal was being waived. Spent $490 unnecesarily.

Arnold was great, he was the only one the entire time that kept in communication, no one else was in communication with us basically the entire time and we think that's what made the process very very slow.
