Arnold was a total gem. Very knowledgable and personable . I felt I was in totally capable hands. Communication was outstanding and he kept me apprised of everything.

There were some times througout the process where we feel there were some delays that were controllable, including on closing day when we had to wait 4-5 hours after signing so actually get the okay and have the money wired over from the lender....

The whole process was amazing . Arnold and Sunee both always answered any questions or calls that I hasd it was the best experience . I would refer them both.

NAF has alot of great products! I've had several closings with this company & am always pleased. If my clients are happy i am happy.
Arnold is a very knowledgeable loan office, gave advice in all my concerns. I thought I will not qualify for the loan but in that first chat that we had he gave me hope and a way to make it possible. the process was so easy following his advice....
