The communication between Arnold, the loan officer and myself. If I had questions they were answered promptly and if I asked for a phone call Arnold called when he stated he would.

The process moved slowly without visibility on why + options for proceeding. In the end I had to pay more in loan financing costs due to the initial r*te expiring, which was not communicated to me in advance of seeing final loan disclosures....
