I shopped around with a few different lenders and Amy at Ruoff was the best! She answered any questions I had, she was available via text, email, or phone call. And she was able to help me close a week earlier!
Amy was amazing!! And super helpful and always responded quickly no matter what time of day!
this was my first time ever buying a home so I had lots of questions and ! Amy was always quick to respond to my text messages and phone calls and she always seemed to have the right answer. She helped me with more than she probably had to.
