Making sure the buyer is qualified within the 10-15 day period after the signing of the purchase and sales agreement is vital. Finding out from underwriting the buyer is not qualified 2 days before closing, is not acceptable.

Constant communication, hustle, follow up. There was a lot of loan work to do with this deal, a co signer out of state.. Amber took care of it all.
